Conventional Bags
Dog waste bags are an effective and convenient method of disposing of dog waste. Local councils provide the public with many areas of open space including parks and beaches where walking your dog can be undertaken and where dog waste bags are provided free of charge to clean up the mess.
Dog waste bags are available in two styles – Doggy Dumpage Disposal Units and Poo-ch Pouch Bags, both of which are popular with councils throughout Western Australia:
The bags are a “one of” use and can be placed into the waste bins supplied by councils for disposal. These bags can also be purchased direct from us if required.
We are also able to supply two styles of simple infrastructure to the councils in the form of hooks and brackets allowing the dispensers to be mounted onto a pole, fence, brick wall or waste bin.
Biodegradable and Compostable Bags
Our Doggy Dumpage Disposal Units are also available with biodegradable and compostable bags.
These bags are certified to Australian Standard AS 4736 for compostability and are guaranteed to compost away in industrial compost facilities within the time frame allowable under the standard which is 90 days.
This option makes perfect sense as councils are looking for effective ways to divert waste from landfill to other waste disposal systems.
